3D PROJECTION MAPPING
To bring the experience of the city of Varanasi under one roof, exploring the rich cultural heritage of this ancient city. The content for the same was sourced and researched, and the dramatic scripts were developed and translated to capture the essence of Banaras.
Situated at the Man Mahal on the banks of the Ganges near Dashashwamedh ghat, the Museum offers visitors a virtual tour of the ancient city and its cultural and spiritual aspects.
The main attraction of the museum is the 5-sided room-scale 3D projection mapping show telling the mythology behind descent of the river Ganga. Using 10 laser projectors, each wall of the massive central hall is transformed into mesmerizing visuals. Here we have told stories using the intricate geometry of the building.
