The show took place on the land of Kurukshetra where this epic saga called "Mahabharata" occurred, the show includes a musical water fountains, Projection mapping, Laser Show and Integrated Lighting using 20 ft. high and 50 ft. wide projection wall, two 20 ft. high and 60 ft. wide water screens and other water fountains with very high water jet, four trees and approx 90 ft. high overhead water tank for Gobo lighting, also the huge banyan tree at the venue play the narrator’s role.
Inventory used to create the show included 10 moving head gobo lights, more than 50 programmable RGB lights, and three Christie 20000 lumens laser projectors. Considering that the water screen is refractive, two of the projectors have been placed behind the water screen, and the third projector is placed in front of the wall. Fountains at the site were utilized for creating bow and arrow images and the latest JBL surround sound system provides sound reinforcement for the show.
Project Objective: to illustrate stunning visual through Projection mapping and water-screen as a canvas to exhibit the history of Mahabharata and the different incident occurred during that timeline while using multimedia technology and combined them, this 36 minutes drama created for all the age group of Indian society to revisit the history and leave them with shock and aww expression.
