We helped The Crossroads, a shopping development in Carmel, California, move past a common problem for retailers in a struggling economy. The Crossroads, while being positioned in a highly affluent area, was beginning to see stagnation in their sales and tenant placement. We re-imagined their brand–instilling new life and energy into the development. In addition to new consumer facing materials, a high-end marketing kit was also created to attract new tenants to this unique destination shopping center.
