CASE STUDY
The project's objective was to revamp the "Home" section of the JUMBO supermarket website (www.jumbo.cl), bearing in mind its market position as a premium-priced store offering a diverse range of domestic and international products, accompanied by attractive deals.

The challenge lay in reorganizing the website and enhancing its visual elements to provide users with a seamless, straightforward, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Timeline:
Given a tight timeframe of just two weeks to craft the prototype, I couldn't delve into every minute detail. The overarching process included:
Research Phase (3 days): This involved delving deep into the project through activities like creating a Journey Map, conducting Interviews, developing Personas, and performing Heuristic Evaluation.
- Design Exploration (3 days): With insights gathered, I crafted Wireframes and Prototypes to visualize the potential design improvements.
- Testing Phase (4 days): A Guerrilla Testing approach was employed to quickly gather feedback and insights from users, helping to refine the prototype.
Iteration (2 days): Using the feedback received, I iterated upon the design, making necessary adjustments to enhance user experience further.

This comprehensive endeavor not only resulted in a successful prototype but also secured me a position at Globant with a commendable performance rating.
