User Test Latam Indirect Channel

LATAM NDC

Within an agile team comprised of 24 members, we collaboratively developed a platform called NDC, which stands for New Distribution Capability. 

This innovative technology served as a bridge between travel agencies and Latam Airlines, offering travel agents access to an extensive range of tailor-made products.

Users had the option to utilize this platform through an API integration or by directly accessing the website. 

In this initiative, my role was to partner with a UX designer to transform the user experience from the standard Latam Airlines website into a dedicated platform catering to travel agents.
This transformation required me to introduce subtle design modifications to the existing Latam platform and establish a completely new design system.

I worked as part of an agile pod to create a solution that empowered travel agents with a specialized tool, enhancing their engagement with Latam Airlines' offerings. This entailed fine-tuning the user experience through design refinements and crafting a fresh design framework that aligned with the unique requirements of the travel agent audience.
