Tatà is a service implemented in the community and focused on a concrete area, primarily defined as a single neighbourhood. (eg. Sempione, Milano, Italy.)
What Tatà does is that it provides immediate help to couples with children, generally those who do not have support in an emergent situation, facilitating the time of parents with children and vice versa = personal family assistant. The actors of the service within the neighbourhood are divided into 2 main categories: the HELPERS and FAMILIES.
Targeted families are parents with children (0-10yrs) as well as single parents with children (0-10yrs); The helpers are people living within the set neighbourhood, including groups such as elderly; housekeepers and university students.

Tatà offers the possibility to buy different packages divided by time.
Each package gives the opportunity to choose an amount of hours which the family can use by asking to the helperto do some activities.
The main activity is babysitting and with this mobility is included.
A babysitting is meant to help in the house of the family or the helper, focusing on actions related to language lessons, help with homework, cooking for the children and other free activities.
The mobility includes picking up, dropping off to a desired location (school, private lessons, sports) or a guardian in public transport.
