Interaction Design & Service System concept for Decathlon and the sport community
The target included three main users: Traditional, Easy Sportman, and Advanced Sportman.
They have a passion for sports and they desire to learn more about the bike they have or that they will purchase. They wnat to find the best parts at the best price. They need and to practically understand how to use them and how to build a bicycle by themselves.
We decided to focus on the Easy Sportman and Advanced Sportman as they represent the best personas to whom address the service.
A community based service where interaction and the desire of learning to customize a bicycle can be playful by providing:
- More information in the purchase experience
- Better organization and fast service assistance
- Attractive and useful workshops
- Playful training
Inside the Decathlon store, there is a specific area that welcome the community with screens, posters and new tools.
