Challenge
Tencent is China’s top Internet-based platform and technology company; it cooperates with famous schools and enterprises to provide young people with free internship experience projects. The brand hopes to create a series of impressive posters to communicate with youth.

Insight
We dig into the internship content provided by enterprises, combined it with hobbies and interests of youth, and used an exaggerated visual expression.

Solution
Swim in the night-shrouded water, spend a night with whale sharks, various fish are formed into waves; the picture embodies a project of having an overnight camping experience in Chimelong, exploring the secret of the ocean kingdom. A ball is held by a basketball star; there is a television broadcasting studio inside the ball, representing the internship opportunity to join FIBA broadcasting team and meet the stars face to face. A huge gentleman stands in the art hall, looking like speaking eloquent, showing how you could follow the curator to explore British V&A Museum. Like in artist Escher’s psychedelic space, the robot is surrounded by a streamlined staircase, which leads directly to the back-lit tunnel, expressing Tencent scientists that reveal the mystery behind AI. Through a series of posters presenting different internship experiences, we hope that young people will become interested in joining internship programs.

Result
Tencent Youth Internship series of posters were published on Wechat Moments and schools, received over a hundred million of exposure. Over 5000 young people have participated in this project.

执行
在夜色笼罩的水面上遨游,与鲸鲨共度一晚,大大小小的鱼儿组成浪花,体现夜宿长隆,探秘海洋公园的诱人项目;球星手握篮球,球内解构成电视转播的工作空间,代表可以近距离面对球星,参与国际篮联世界杯的转播工作;艺术殿堂矗立着一位巨大的绅士,仿佛口若悬河,传达了馆长亲任讲解员带你深度探索英国V&A博物馆;置身于埃舍尔的迷幻空间,机器人身上缠绕着流线形的楼梯,直通后背发光的隧道,展现了腾讯科学家,揭秘AI背后的玄机。一系列有趣的体验内容呈现,希望唤醒青少年对实习的向往与渴望。

结果
腾讯青年行系列海报在微信朋友圈和学校发布,获得上亿的曝光量。
5000多位青少年加入了实习项目。
