The main characteristic of this beach residence is the fact that it is completely on stilts, hitting the ground only at these points. This design arose because the site is located directly in front of the sea and is prone to flooding. The residence is designed with a mixture of industrial details and natural materials, which combined with the appropriate landscaping, create a modern and tropical aesthetic.
