Siendo Chihuahua un sitio árido y de clima extremoso se buscó dotar a la vivienda del máximo confort a través de sistemas y tecnologías para favorecer la climatización y ahorro de energía. Su concepción formal es un contenedor de concreto que alberga numerosas obras de arte de primer nivel y donde el lenguaje de la arquitectura busca ser atemporal y a la vez universal. Sus espacios son abiertos y con alturas generosas, gran contenido de luz natural, además de pavimentos oscuros de cerámica y madera de nogal en el mobiliario y carpinterías.
La casa cuenta con una sala-comedor y cocina abierta que comunica a un jardín exterior por los costados. Al fondo de la casa, hay una doble altura donde la estancia y sala comparten la misma configuración y las dos habitaciones con que cuenta con una de las excelentes vistas a la ciudad. Desde la terraza-azotea también se puede disfrutar de una gran vista panorámica a la ciudad de Chihuahua
A SEEK FOR A TIMELESS SPACE
Being Chihuahua an arid and extreme climate site, the aim was to provide the home with maximum comfort through systems and technologies to favor air conditioning and energy savings. The formal conception is a concrete container that holds numerous first-class works of art and where the language of architecture seeks to be timeless and at the same time universal. The spaces are open and with generous heights, great natural light, in addition to dark ceramic and walnut flooring in furniture and carpentry.
The house has a living room and open kitchen that connects to an outdoor garden on the sides. At the bottom of the house, there is a double height where the room and living room share the same configuration and the two rooms with which it has one of the excellent views of the city. From the roof terrace you can also enjoy a great panoramic view of the city of Chihuahua.
