THE LOVE BLANKETS woven by Holly Berry were my inspiration for this weave project. This particular piece is a double cloth. I wanted to create a piece inspired from the appearance, but only employing the basic weaves.

The warp is of silk yarn with a block draft and the weft is alternating thick and thin cotton yarn to create the coloured blocks.
