archiTEXT worked with the team at the MInistry of Economic Development and Innovation to bring together the Ministry's entire staff to engage in a creative approach to visioning their new strategic plan.  The project explored how the public sector could use the applied design approach to create an environment of trust, honesty, and creativity amongst their staffers in order to facilitate a progressive and truly innovative vision for the Ministry. The result? Not what you'd expect it to look like - a truly generative, creative starting point from which systemic challenges can actually be addressed.
