Break Your Cycle is a campaign designed in response to D&AD New Blood Awards brief by McKinsey Design and The Case for Her. We were tasked with the challenge to "Change the way the world thinks about menstruation issues and undo the social stigmas surrounding them."

We’ve all got bad habits. From sneaking tampons up our sleeves, to calling in sick with a “cold” – society has made us experts at hiding and shaming our periods. But not anymore. We’re flipping off these bad habits and dignifying your greatest power of womanhood.

We’re here to BREAK YOUR CYCLE, a movement to disrupt the flow and kick that negative cycle of thinking. Cause if there’s 28 days in a menstrual cycle, and it only takes 21 days to break a habit, you only need one period of your life to make a change.
