Branding for the University of Technology, Sydney's Design & Architecture Grad Show
FUTURES HISTORIES – A poetic mishmash of collisions and correlations. We’re creating change and starting conversations. We’re unique, but we’re multidisciplinary. To showcase the eclectic work of UTS' School of Design & Architecture, a small team of handpicked 2D and 3D students worked alongside award-winning design studio, Trigger, to curate the school's end of year exhibition. This is an annual event that features work from Animation, Architecture, Fashion and Textiles, Interior Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Master of Design, Photography, Product Design and Visual Communication.
Through poetic word pairings, clashing colour palettes and curated spaces, Futures Histories transforms UTS' Building 6 into a three-day gallery space. The exhibition celebrates curiosity, critique and the capacity for design and architecture to create better futures. Not only was this an opportunity to exchange ideas between industry, research partners, graduates, alumni and future students, but also to showcase design collisions and connections within a multidisciplinary space.
