Brand Story
Artists in Morocco don't have much exposer as others, therefore the idea of L'fenZin came to life; a platform for artists from different disciplines to share their art and get more exposed and also help them make an income from selling their artworks.
L'fenZin mean: Art is Beautiful.
Challenge & Creative Direction
The challenge with this brand was to make something that have an Arabic touch that can appeal to the targeted community while also being dynamic enough to adapt to different mediums and situations.
After several iterations I ended up with the concept of using the Shaddah ( ّ ) which is one of the diacritics used with the Arabic alphabet, marking a long consonant. It is functionally equivalent to writing a consonant twice in languages like English.
Using this recognizable element with minimalist typography helps make the brand memorable and distinguishable. And it also can be used as a graphic element on its own.
Pairing it with different patterns and colors can generate unlimited number of graphics that can be used in many things throughout the brand.
