Pendry Residences Park City, a new luxury offering by Montage, is where thoughtful service meets inspired design in the heart of Canyons Village. The project features a Pendry-branded condo hotel, a vibrant village plaza with a variety of culinary and retail options, and a collection of luxury residences, and activated spaces including a rooftop pool, après-ski bar, Spa Pendry, and a family-friendly Rec Room.

Columbus Pacific approached Resonance to execute a holistic marketing campaign across print and digital. Resonance was responsible for the creative direction, design and storytelling in the production of a responsive website, a variety of print collateral, a stationary set, and experiential sales gallery.

THE CONCEPT 

The inspiration for the campaign revolved around the destination’s storied past and its vibrant future. Park City has a history as long and rich as the first vein of silver discovered here, bringing people from around the world. As Pendry Hotels comes to Park City, Columbus Pacific is making history once more.

WEBSITE

A sleek website was designed for both desktop and mobile using large black & white imagery, renderings and rose-gold call-outs to create a sophisticated, luxurious feel. One of the site’s stand-out features was an interactive map showing availability and pricing, which the client could update in real time.

SALES GALLERY

Working closely with interior designer Meyer Davis, we created a unique experience that evoked the feeling of inhabiting a Pendry residential unit rather than visiting a traditional sales center. Aligning with the overall brand, we incorporated large black & white imagery with 3D gold lettering to create continuity for the visitor already familiar with the visual language. Grey venetian plaster behind graphics and lettering helped create a more immersive and stylish effect, and visitors were inspired to discover, explore and hang out in the space while enjoying Italian espressos and light bites.
