The project is entirely built on the goal - to create a calm and perfect space. Client was offered four layout options, despite the size of the apartment. He settled on the option in which the main zones are tightly connected and secondary zones do not interfere. Everything is focused on functional areas in the project, each square meter should be used as useful space. The bathroom is tiny and clamped as much as possible, but there is no feeling of crowding.
About the color picker. We used three primary colors with low chromaticness and abandoned bulky furniture and decor to avoid of glut. The profession of homeowner inspired us to a strict and simple interior painting. Clean lines with the help of light weave space into a single "cocoon".
The architectural form built on the functionality and priorities of important and necessary things. There are no partitions in the apartment, only the bathroom is separated, the remaining zones are arranged on the same area. Two cabinets form the entrance hall, storage and wardrobe, also in one them there is a washing machine and bulky household items, for example, spare chairs for guests. The wardrobe is small, while it is planned and roomy. Tiny entrance hall door, which painted in color of the walls, at the entrance you can hide clothes or shoes. The kitchen is as light as possible, disguised as ordinary cabinets. A soft sofa module is located in the center, it also does not press on the space. The loggia, as the client wishes, has storage like a continuation of the kitchen. For the project, fixtures with a sharp angle of focused light were selected.
The light spreads over the white floor, and does not give highlighted white spots. A low-color palette is susceptible to natural light. Shadows, light and partial shade follow their daily order, change the color and mood of space. This is the answer to the question of the lack of other colors with the exception of the three main ones – white, grey, black. Creating a minimalistic environment was one of the wishes of the client, but the materials must be resistant to cleaning. The surface of the walls and floor are covered with strong compounds.
