This is a fashion branding agency office. It is located in Berlin, in popular Berlin district of Prenzlauer Berg, in the new complex Puhlmannhof. The main idea is to create a space not only for serious work, but also for a place with friendly warm and home atmosphere.
We created the space is divided into several zones, but visually the interior seems whole and single. We tried to evoke feelings in this space through simple primitive forms. And probably it worked. The place is very simple and straightforward.
Structurally the plan of this space is divided into volumes, there is a straight line that is divided into segments (volumes). On the right at the entrance there is a wardrobe with a hidden door with wc. Also nearby is a kitchen behind a glass partition. Lobby, wc, kitchen - everything as at home. On the left is a small photo studio in a white cube, and next - workplaces. In total there are eight workplaces and a meeting room.
Two soft armchairs where you can relax with book or cup of coffee. All partitions are not partitions at all, like a wall, glass allows you to feel the space as one piece, and the cabinets do not up to the ceiling divide the space only visually.
We used quite simple materials (wood, glass), but decided to blend them with concrete floor, that the place was not too intrusive. Polished concrete also reflects well, glares, plays with light and shadows. All windows have automatic shutters, allowing each table to be closed separately when sunny. Also in each room we designed ceiling ventilation system. Comfortable environment is the principle of this place.
The office is a secondary office in Berlin and is made for 8 office workers, with conferences or negotiations. There is also a studio for the photographer.
Thank you!
