2019 Orientation

2019 ORIENTATION
As an event with many moving parts — important dates, deadlines, and calls to action — KU Orientation calls for clear and functional supporting materials. Building on last year’s patterned design and festive spirit, the 2019 campaign includes mailers, guidebooks, and banners and signage.
The campaign kicks off with the invitation mailer, which informs students that registration has opened, and gives them an energetic preview of what they can expect from Orientation.
Our series of Orientation guides breaks the experience into three parts: preparing for the event, day-of activities and information, and post-event information about their first year.
This postcard pack offers new students a novel way to share their Jayhawk spirit with friends and family. And if they’re not in a mailing mood, they make for great residence hall wall décor.
This attractive, low-profile calendar informs parents of important dates, deadlines, and resources throughout their student’s first year — along with a healthy dose of crimson and blue.
With Orientation events spread across multiple locations, wayfinding signs eliminate the stress of navigating a busy schedule on an unfamiliar campus.
