Since 1998, IAS has been regarded as a pioneer in delivering data-enabled equipment management and tracking services to over 7,000 ocean container transportation companies around the world.

Collecting large amount of data from the community, their 3-Hub platforms capture over 50,000 gate moves, equipment bookings and exchanges, work orders, rail bills, and track  transactions every day.

The distribution and duplication of all this data across multiple hubs through five independent apps is compromising efficiency and scalability.  

When I joined, the company had created modeling diagrams to consolidate their product suite under a single hub. They knew how to re-architect the back end to manage shared resources but they didn't know how to convert that vision into a seamless user experience.
