CANOPY HEALTH - Website
JMH, 2016

BACKGROUND
In 2015 UCSF and JMH partnered to create a Bay Area-wide accountable care network to grow our footprint beyond Contra Costa County and attract more patients. A year later, Canopy Health was born and so was the vision to create an integrated patient experience while leveraging multiple EMRs.

That is when I was asked to join a team with representatives from both sides, to lead the design effort for their new website and new patient portal.
PROBLEM
Company is new to the space and people don’t know their products.
Company is different from other payers as it is an Accountable Care Organization -ACO. People are not familiar with the differences.

SOLUTION
Meet on a regular basis with leadership to validate design and direction.
