Crystallized type was a typographic experiment which uses granulated sugar as a catalyst to generate crystal growth. It relies on two given conditions namely, (i) timespan, and (ii) mixture of sugar concentrate to grow type crystals, so as to expand its structure to challenge typographic conventions.
