Out of the plot analysis, the diagnosis indicates that the site is heavily influenced by the existence of a dysfunctional gap, a wide expanse of unused land and the motorway crossing.
Above all, the plot needs flexibility for any future economic situation that may arise, but also to reduce noise and address accessibility. To this end, we propose to fill this “terrain vague” under the motorway with a link-building that breaks the barrier posed by the highway and creates a space protected from noise. This building also aims to achieve a connection between the two plots that are currently unconnected.

A partir del análisis del lugar se obtiene una diagnosis que refleja un sitio gravemente influenciado por la existencia de un agujero disfuncional, una amplia extensión de un terreno sin uso y el paso de la autopista que lo atraviesa. Se necesita flexibilidad para cualquier situación económica futura, reducir el ruido y solucionar la accesibilidad.
Para ello, se propone rellenar el vacío bajo el puente de la autopista con un edificio-acceso, que rompa la barrera que supone la autopista y genere un espacio protegido del ruido, fomentando este efecto gracias a una barrera acústica vegetal que da continuidad a las vistas desde el parque. Este edificio-acceso persigue la conexión entre las dos parcelas, que se encuentran actualmente inconexas.
