The South-East orientation of the plot is beneficial if all dwellings can access sunlight and are able to be protected from it on their North-West façade, assuming that they have cross ventilation.
The envelope of these dwellings expands and folds to get the widest distribution of daylight in all rooms. The southwards reorientation of the South-East façade, together with the protection role played by the volume itself, makes it possible to create a double-glazed window that acts as a greenhouse becoming the energy storage of the houses.

La orientación de la parcela, al sureste, resulta beneficiosa si todas las viviendas pueden acceder al sol y, además, se pueden proteger de él en la fachada noroeste.
La envolvente de las viviendas, que gozan de ventilación cruzada y todas ellas tienen fachada sur, se expande y se pliega para conseguir la mayor distribución posible de la iluminación natural en todas sus estancias.
La reorientación al sur de la fachada sureste, con la protección al oeste que supone la propia volumetría del edificio, permite la creación de unos invernaderos que constituyen el almacén energético de las viviendas.
