The generation system of the design is the addition of modules which was the way the kilns grew when more space was needed. The program is organized into independent kiln-size modules embraced by the wall. The ancient kilns had a thick wall because of the inertia needed and the inner space was split in two levels: the lower one was used for burning fuel and the upper one for storing bricks that would get dried.
In this proposal: the inner space is a light tube and the space around it (the former wall) is the space to be used. These modules are fused at underground level to create a large exhibition room, lit through them.

El sistema generador es la adición, manera en que crecían los tejares cuando se necesitaba más espacio. El programa se organiza en módulos independientes del tamaño de un tejar envueltos por el muro. Los antiguos tejares tenían muros gruesos por la necesidad de inercia y el espacio interior estaba dividido en dos niveles: el inferior se usaba para quemar combustible y el superior para almacenar y secar ladrillos.
En la propuesta, el espacio interior es un tubo de luz y el muro, el espacio de uso. Los módulos se funden en el sótano para crear una gran sala de exposiciones, que se ilumina a través de ellos.
