Neuro is a Chill-hop and Lo-Fi artist from Paris, France.
The Feather Maze is the result of the will to build a thoughtful album mixing many musical influences and historical references. Borrowing the codes of Lo-Fi and modern Chill-hop by adding a significant paste of scenic and visual music, sampling takes a very important part in this project and seeks
its influences in the archives of film music, jazz and soul from the 60s, 70s and 80s.
The Feather Maze est issu de la volonté de construire un album réfléchi mélangeant
de nombreuses influences musicales et références historiques. Empruntant les codes du Lo-Fi
et du Chill-hop moderne en ajoutant une pâte significative des musiques scéniques et visuelles,
le sampling prend une part très importante dans ce projet et cherche ses influences dans
les archives de musiques de films, le jazz et la soul des années 60, 70 et 80.
For the release of the album, a special merchandising including a long sleeve t-shirt with the visual elements of the graphic charter as well as a poster was created to accompany the vinyl and the special Super Jewel Box CD.
Pour la sortie de l'album, un merchandising spécial comprenant un t-shirt long sleeve reprenant les éléments visuels de la charte graphique ainsi qu'une affiche, a été créé pour accompagner le vinyle et le CD spécial Super Jewel Box.
The entire photo shoot of The Feather Maze was shot in the heart of the Parc de Saint-Cloud, for its architectural connection and its classic and luxurious atmosphere in line with the purpose of the album.
