These drawings were used by a builder to get the work. What was provided to me was the survey of the house. and measurements that the builder had taken off of the existing back of the house. The builder wanted to show a fire pit, a pool design, an outdoor shower and outdoor fireplace with trellis. This lot had a large slope from the rear of the lot (higher) to the house. The builder wanted to show that they could use the door from the pool and the other outdoor paving to allow for an elevated platform of grass to allow the kids still room to play.
