Inspired by the traditional flavors and customs of mothers and granny cookery. COMADRE food for the soul, is a restaurant located in Sopó, Colombia sharing comfort food dishes with a contemporary twist and premium organic ingredients.  
Michael Pollan says: “Don't eat anything your great grandmother wouldn't recognize as food", this project uses that prompt as a rule to serve comforting aliments that transport the clients into their grandmother's kitchen. 
I used several graphic elements to share this statement, traditional pictures of women cooking, the main icon, working as a logo and character, and friendly and flexible typography balanced with a classic serif font.
