Working alongside a team of designers and architects, we created the new Manual of Public Furniture for the city of Bogotá, Colombia. This book gathers brand new proposals and traditional designs for several furniture elements such as benches, bollards, tree pots and signage totems; and includes technical drawings, renders, materials and colours guidelines and placement suggestions.
Using an imposing red colour across the book, sans serif typefaces and a wide range of visual representations, we aimed to explain in a friendly way the building details of each element, how it should be placed and its relation with public space and users.
