The logo is designed based on my name, where I have designed a new font for 'bekken' which is my last name. The color is choosen while blue is a business color, and the most liked color in the work, while I also really like hos it is blue but also has a touch of green turqouise. I like hos the middle letters are refelcting each other, like I would want my projects to reflect my clients wishes and needs. I feel this logo represents me.
DESIGN OF THE BUSINESS CARD
The Business Card displayed before this text is the desig I decided to go for, and have printed out to use.
The goal with the design of my business cards was to try make it stand out, and also to
communicate my profession. As I am an Interior Designer with a digital and graphic approach I let that be the main influence to the end results. I wanted to make to different end results. One in a standard format, and one to be folded (making it even smaller and more unique).
I decided to make a typographical word cloud with words that represent myself as an interior
designer, giving the people I give out the business card to instant relevant information about me as a designer. The QR code is an attribute that I quite like as a modern phenomenon, and the ruler is a symbol of measurement and interior space.
The blue colour is used because of two reasons;
- blue is the favorite colour of most people statistically - blue is the colour of business
