In business for more than 50 years, Godsell Construction is a union carpentry contractor founded by Arthur Godsell. The company performs a complete range of renovation and construction services. Giving back to the community, Godsell Construction is a supporter of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
In early 2019, St. Jude earned recognition as the Health Non-Profit Brand of the Year as calculated by Harris Poll’s EquiTrend Equity Score - a metric that evaluates upwards of 2,000 brands throughout more than 200 different sectors. This is the sixth straight year St.Jude has received the honor. The data comes from a survey conducted in January 2019 that measured responses from more than 45,000 consumers throughout the United States.
ALSAC (American Lebanese Syrian Associated Charities) is the charitable fundraising and outreach arm of St. Jude. ALSAC president and CEO Richard Shadyac Jr. said that receiving the designation six years running is an incredible honor. He also acknowledged the staff and volunteers of St. Jude, whose ongoing work continues to make headway in the fight to end childhood cancer.
