This concept design illustrates my attempt to solve the task of creating a new Mazda logo that would represent all its brand values in a sleek new shape, in the upcoming decades.
The task was part of the Mazda Design 2019 contest. The main motif was suppose to reflect the ideas described by a japanese word - Ma. It's a polysemic word, meaning "space between", "pause" or "breath".
I am delighted to announce that this work, called "Blade Rider", was featured at the Łódź Design Festival's exhibition, as one of the 16 best propositions submitted for the Mazda Design contest.
