#05 - Simplified Purchase Flow
Challenge
25% of users are adding items to their cart, but not completing the purchase process. Through user surveys, they've expressed that the cart is har to edit and there are too many steps in the purchase process. How will you simplify the purchase flow?
Outcome
A stacked list of all products added to the cart will help the user to increase quantity, add a frequency to a purchase ( one time or monthly**discount included ), add more products and replace with other items. The goal build a road map that provides enough avenues to help the user make an intelligent choice and a pleasant shopping experience. The addition of an A.I. system will assists users to filter products similar to previously searched, purchased items and relevant to current cart items.

I added a thank you overlay screen after completing purchase. In this scenario I focused on the relationship between a loyal user by rewarding their commitment.
