Since revenues are decreasing, the company wants to provide a way to ensure that users are relying on their services month over month. Design a way for users to subscribe to a product over a designated period of time.
Using a pop window when the user first visits fidopetstore.com they are introduced to a limited sales event. It's temporary but the CTA is introduced on checkout screen to secure a final sale.
#07 - Rate Experience
Involving user feedback is a simple way to earn trust and improve user experience. Design a rate experience for users, which is triggered at the end of the purchase flow. Get their thoughts on the new cart experience and use it as an opportunity to find out what they're looking for in a mobile app.
Adding an incentive to fill a short survey will extended the users interaction with the website and an opportunity to collect enough data for Fido's next phase Mobile Experience. After completing the last 6 stages it felt right focusing on a footer that would cap this websites landing page.
