Integrated Fitness
Defy Limitations
Being a place of healing and wanting the overall health and wellness of their patients to be the main focus, it only made sense that Integrated Wellness would develop a fitness program. So Integrated Fitness was born. Integrated Fitness is a unique program due to the fact that they use resistance bands and that the classes are more like small group personal training sessions where you get more of a one-on-one training in a group setting with the trainers.
Since the program was part of the Integrated Wellness family, the marketing department had to develop a few elements to help make Integrated Fitness part of the team. A logo was produced by my art director and we started to develop an overall brand look and feel. Keeping with the Integrated Wellness colors and elements to stay consistent, we played around and came up with dynamic look for the brand.
The company that developed the resistance bands provided us with the images for marketing purposes. Wanting to make the images more unique to our brand, we would knock out the background and added our own backgrounds to the images. The background incorporated our stripes with one stripe color becoming the background color. We also made sure that what the models were wearing followed Integrated Wellness/Fitness’ colors.
Provided is a small example of what was developed for Integrated Fitness.
