TEMPORARY EXPERTS
Series of copyzines
The Temporary Experts Exhibition was part of the Graphic Design Festival Breda in 2015. This exhibition included the production and design of a limited edition copy zine, which gives an insight into the biographies, projects, and motives of the participating designers. These zines were spread among different coffeehouses in the city of Breda during the festival and were there placed next to several artifacts from the actual exhibition. The title of the exhibition and copy zines is inspired by Peter Bil’ak, who claimed that ‘as a designer you can do a scope of different activities. What you do is depending on the project, so becoming something else: becoming a temporary expert on many different things’ (Type Radio). As a design studio, we affirm this statement while we produced and designed this copy zine and became temporary experts on the temporary experts that participated in the exhibition.
