UrbanYou is the leading online platform that provides cleaning services in Australia. This service helps customers to find a proper specialist, make an order and pay it fast and easy. Our team had the task to design web portals for customers and partners and adapt them for the mobile application. We've reflected a complex user story in a simple and clear interface, we've also created the character, which made this service more emotional. The clients have a convenient dashboard were they can manage their orders and find out useful information. The process of registration of the new order is very simple and consist of a few steps. All information about property and payment cards is stored in the user profile so it allows saving time for future orders. The interface for the partners, that carry out cleaning service is the same as customer's interface but includes necessary use cases. The mobile application has a full range of functions available on the website and the identical design that takes into account the mobile screen resolution.
