The Cities of Tomorrow contest was established to provide an opportunity for Ontario students to enter the policy-making process with proposals for improving Ontario’s urban centres, and compete for $50,000 in cash prizes. Proximis was engaged to develop a logo and brand identity, website with e-commerce and voting functionalities, and social media support. The Cities of Tomorrow contest attracted an impressive number of entries from post-secondary students across Ontario and its feature event, the Showcase, provided an unparalleled opportunity to provide industry leaders, senior city staff, academics, Mayors and other government officials with a platform to hear from Ontario’s best and brightest young public policy minds.
