CABIN MANAGEMENT APP FOR FLIGHT ATTENDANTS AND CREW
DESIGN CHALLENGE:
Provide cabin crew members with a way to improve the quality of in-flight service on all fronts, including communication with other divisions about maintenance, catering, or operational issues, as well as passenger services, such as location and identification of passengers, loyalty program flyers, and special needs (meals, wheelchairs and more).
