Central Houston Animal Hospital (CHAH) is committed to promoting responsible pet ownership, preventative animal health care and health-related educational opportunities for their clients. The facility, led by exceptional clinicians and a talented staff, focuses on high quality, comprehensive animal medical care and needed a new brand identity and website experience that reflected that. We worked with CHAH to build a new visual language and website that reflected their care and approach to pet medicine.

As veterinary medicine continues to change and improve Central Houston Animal Hospital focuses its energy on staying up to date and offering the best service to their clients. They partnered with us to give their branding strategy and visual language the same attention. The new logo mark is a modern take on their old logo which serves to accommodate their long line of loyal clients but empowering them to move forward into a new era.

CHAH has been a staple in the Montrose community in Houston for many years. We wanted to maintain their friendly and approachable attitude in a fresh brand while maintaining a familiar feel for their loyal customers. By using a softer color palette and clean lines we were able to produce a brand mark that can be used in many different scenarios. From print collateral to digital assets, their new mark speaks (barks) volumes. Our focus was to create a thoughtful, friendly, and flexible brand that represents CHAH's commitment to your fur family.

When it came to the design and development of the new CHAH Pets website, we wanted to deliver a strong solution that was easy to navigate for clients and simple to maintain for the clinic. We built a new website that increased their search engine visibility, is beautiful and easy to use, and works on any device. Customers can access all available services from the clinic as well as meet the veterinarians that will be caring for their pets.

We spent some quality time at the Central Houston Animal Hospital facility to capture photographs throughout the day. When it comes to something as important as your pet, we knew that showing the facility and the veterinarians would be an important factor in the decision for new customers to bring in their pets. By photographing the staff, procedures, and the facility we were able to truly capture the CHAH experience.
