My role for this project as Art Director and Motion Graphics Artist was to create a promo video and collateral to be used for the mobile app's store, conference advertising, and award submissions.
The entire video and design process took one week. Two days for concepting, story-boarding, and gathering needed assets. Another two days for creating the actual video, and one day for packaging and sending deliverables.
The premise of the story was rooted in the mobile app's core purpose: To empower employees to recover access to their system without having to call their IT department--which accounted for over 35% of IT calls. One common scenario is when employees come back from vacation and either forgot their corporate system's password or entered wrong one-to-many-times.
