Private house is located in a small elite area that consists of 10 houses on the hillside in 20 minutes by foot from the city center.This house offers a great sea view from all bedrooms and the main hall.Building’s total area is 1189 m2 which includes 9 bedrooms, 5 toilets,large hall, working room,a library, cinema, swimming pool, loggia and etc.By customers request, it was decided to create a winter garden in a building that helped to improve the microenvironment and atmosphere.For facade finishing was choosed a widespread and popular in current zone material named Aglay that has special physical properties.
