Project was intended for state authorities situated in Baku.The main goal was to create a comfortable environment and conditions for people who stay and work in the building.During the Planning process was considered following aspects:
Parking place,GYM with Showers,conference Hall,exhibition hall and etc.Buildings external view has to be in classical style with elements of modern and landscaped surrounding area.The total building area was 1800 M²
