“Talk The Pho” is a new Vietnamese cuisine brand which emphasizes something is “modern, fresh, health and new” and hopes to create something new from traditional one. On the image making, we hope to skip the traditional and French classic style of Vietnamese cuisine but to emphasize the orientation “New” in coordination with the brand spirit by giving it a more modern visual image. Besides, to target on the general public, we design it with a brand image which is more friendly, relaxing and pleasant.
The brand name, “Talk The Pho”, means that all customers can come to enjoy our cuisine in a relaxing mood, while chatting and communicating with each and also talking about Vietnamese cuisine. For the brand mark design, we combine the “dialogue box” from the comic and Chinese characters to present the brand mark. And this concept of “dialogue box” can extend to the main visual and interior design of the brand which can make the concept “Talk about Vietnamese cuisine” more specific and become one of the most important creation points of the whole brand. In the key visual part, we use many characters to present Chinese, Vietnamese and English and then combine them with our cuisines and dialogue boxes to design a brand image with rich modern aroma.
談談越Talk The Pho，是一間強調「現代、新鮮、健康、新穎」，並希望從傳統中創新的「新越式美食」全新餐飲品牌。在品牌整體形象塑造上，我們希望能跳脫以往的越南料理給人傳統與法式古典的風格，希望配合品牌精神強調「新穎」的定位，賦予它較為現代化的視覺表現，並針對它的目標族群為普羅大眾，將它設計成較為親切、輕鬆、愉悅的品牌形象。
