Acer Capital is a funds management firm, specialising in property investments.
As a new entrant to the financial services market, they wanted an identity that would instantly convey credibility and experience in order to attract high net worth investors.
The founder was enamoured with the beauty of the Acer Palmatum tree (red maple), believing in its power of good fortune. Taking this motif and combining it with symbols of wealth and strategy, we evolved the leaf motif into a crown-topped chess piece - a compelling and identifiable icon that instantly conveys integrity.
