Cycle is a large scale permanent light installation translating the cycle of sky colours in Jerusalem. Made of 12 steel and acrylic ribbons, the structure hangs in the main entrance hall of the hospital, welcoming visitors.
The mission was to improve/enhance the transition between the outside world and the hospital for everybody: staff, patients and visitors. In the case of the staff, the goal is to inspire them on an everyday bases, make them feel part of a great institution. For the patients and visitors, it was all about offering a sense of protection and comfort, Make them feel that they are in good hands right from the entrance.
