‘Re-defining Palmistry’ is a compilation of stories of hard-working people whom I came across in Old Town, Yelahanka, Bangalore. Through this book I tried to depict how their palms reflect the hard-work in their lives.
While some of them are callused, some lost the traces of any lines on them. While some are filled with cuts and bruises, some shed their skin due to prolonged soaking in water. All these palms come together to tell those unheard tales of relentless toil, sacrifice and love.
