Target Audience
All employees who work for a corporate entity.
Purpose of Project
This course will provide diversity training for the employees of a corporation. The goal is to train employees on the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Equal Employment Opportunity Act. The program consists of three learning assets: an interactive infographic, an instructional video, and a game activity.
Learning Outcomes
• Demonstrate the integration of multiple media assets in the design of instructional content
• Articulate the design process in creating media assets for eLearning
• Design a professional ePortfolio of instructional design projects

Educational Game Concept
Two games, one based on the game Cootie Catcher, and the second based on Hot Potato. Both games are designed to have employees answer questions and prompts about diversity. This activity will help employees have a deeper understanding of what employees of different backgrounds experience at work.
