Description
This project entailed the creation of a presentation for a specific audience to introduce them to the Conscious Competence Theory. Students were to plan out their presentation by outlining how the relevant information would be presented, how the specific audience would be appealed to, and specifying the bottom line of the presentation. Students also provided feedback on fellow students’ drafts.

Target Audience 
Millennials who had recently been hired by a Google-like instructional design company.

1.0 Apply the principles behind making effective and engaging graphic designs in live presentations. 
2.0 Demonstrate the elements of design principles of effective graphics in the video presentation
3.0 Address the audience and define their knowledge level and needs as demonstrated in the design of the graphics in the video presentation.
4.0 Implement effective design solutions as demonstrated in the video presentation
5.0 Demonstrate effective visual and verbal communication skills.
6.0 Participate in communities of practice to share knowledge and exchange ideas.
The video above introduces audiences to the Conscious Competence Theory. The target audience was millennials who had recently been hired by a Google-like instructional design company.
