Tim Elsea: Inspirational Leader
Tim Elsea has maintained numerous leadership positions in public works for the past two decades. One of his goals is to use his experiences as a leader in the public sector to write a book about leadership in the domain. With the objective of helping young people become authentic leaders in public sector positions, he plans to share his background in planning, developing, and sustaining leadership in public service in hopes of inspiring individuals to reach their leadership potential.
